1. What We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you use the Service, we process the photos you upload in order to enhance them. We also collect basic usage data (credits used, which tools you use) to run your account and provide support.

2. What We Don't Do

We don't sell your personal data. We don't use your uploaded photos to train AI models. We don't store your photo gallery in the cloud — your Gallery is saved locally on your own device/browser only, not on our servers.

3. Third-Party Processing

Photo enhancement is performed using a third-party AI image processing provider — your photo is sent to that provider's API to generate the result, subject to their own API data handling terms. Billing is processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, who receives the payment information necessary to process your purchase.

4. Data Retention

Your account record (email, name, plan, credit balance) is retained for as long as your account is active. Support tickets are retained to maintain a record of past conversations. You can request account deletion at any time via Support.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage (not tracking cookies) to keep you logged in and to store your Gallery and notification history locally on your device.

6. Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data, request corrections, or request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us through the Support tab.

7. Security

We use industry-standard practices (encrypted connections, secure authentication via Netlify Identity) to protect your account, but no system is 100% secure.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
